They will be published via documents in Spark Support or another way on the home page. But not in the release versions. This would be a wrong direction for corporate deployments.

Reversi is already removed in the latest build. You mentioned OTR. Will you remove it also and post on the forums as a plugin?
OTR will probably stay inside
if you dont want it inside, for whatever reasons, i suggest you should build spark yourself anyways and also put OTR on the PLUGIN_BLACKLIST
