Spark 2.9.3 Fake blinking if smiles are open

Hello, if I open a dialog with the user and then open the smiles (but don’t choose which one to send) and then click anywhere else and the window starts to blink 0_o

Yes, looks like another side effect of emoticons picker taking the focus from the chat window. I have added this info to that ticket.
