Hi all,

If I understood correctly, Spark depends on symetrica which has incompatible license with open source thus prevent packaging and using Spark in many linux distribution. Are there any plans to fix this bad dependency in the future? Or any way to not use it while building Spark?

Spark is a non-commercial product so there is no problem including this software. There has never been a charge associated with spark, and I doubt there ever will be.
