We recently updated to Spark 2.5.2 now I have one user who is being shown logged off on the Yahoo Transport although they are logged in. They advised that is shows them logged in to the transport in Spark, however the people on the Yahoo list show them as being logged off. User advised the status to the people on the Yahoo list will change periodically, one moment logged in and then not logged in. This is not afftecting internal or other transports. They all work fine. Any ideas?
I would check the gateway plugin version in openfire. If there is a newer one you should use it. I have not seen this issue with version of 2.5.3 of spark.
We are using Openfire 3.3 which is the most current version. Any other thoughts?
