Spark authentication problem in AD

Hello,

I’ve got openfire configured against Active Directory domain. I’ve tested connect in server from Pandion using username@domain… All went fine…

But when I try to connect using Spark, I receive an error as ‘Username or Password is incorrect’ or something like that…

I’ve tried:

username@domain

username

domain\username

And I didn’t have success…

Does anyone help me, please?

Spark only requires a username in the username field. The server field should have the fully qualified domain name of the server (i.e. someserver.somedomain.com). The server should have been named this way during the setup as well. It should not just be named someserver. It needs to have the full name as it appears in AD DNS.
