Spark chat or chat history not sync

i’m using spark 2.7.7 windows ver .
just found that the chat history not sync with each of the device .
for example . i have desktop , iphone and android phone .
whenever i send msg , it only keep on that device , sometime show on the other device , sometime don’t . when receiving new msg also the same issue . some device got it , some don’t

any idea ?

In short. Spark only has local history and doesn’t support history sync.
