Spark client user problems

guys

I have a terminal server with rackspace, I am having this problem when I install the spark client on the terminal server itll open up for users with admin rights, there are only three admins in the terminal server is the sparks opens fine, but users without admins rights it do not open.

can somebody help me on this, My job depends on it

You are not the forst one with such problems on a terminal server. I think Spark is not designed to work with terminal servers, and it uses a lot of RAM, so it is not a good idea to use this client on a terminal.
