We use both Openfire and Spark on the latest version of spark and openfire 3.8.1. When users add people in spark to create buddy lists they are able to do that correctly, but when they close and reopen spark the list is gone. I don’t know if this is a client or server issue. I am new to administering both openfire and spark. Any help in troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated.
