Spark contact list hidden; can't re-open

Hello,

I have a user that is able to sign into spark IM, but when they sign in the contact list doesn’t open. I’ve tried the typical steps for making sure it just wasn’t hidden, or anything, and I tried a reinstall. I sent an IM, and the user can receive IMs, so I know they’re signed in.

What steps should I try to resolve this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

What Spark version, what operating system? You can try deleting his Spark profile and starting with new one. Chat history will be lost.
