We have one computer that has spark installed on it. The contact list shows that it is open in the start menu, but when you try to click on it to make it appear, it does not appear on the screen. I have tried to click on the hidden icons button, and click on the icon there and it doesn’t pull it up either. This is the only computer I have this issue with. I have re installed spark 3 times and it comes up just fine when you first load it. But when you shut down the computer and bring it up the next day, the contact list will not show. Again, it shows that you can see it in the start menu, but when you actually try and make it appear on the screen/desktop, it does not appear. Has anyone had this issue before and if so, what you did to fix the problem?

You can wipe Spark profile and start with a fresh one. Spark profile is here
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Spark
If you need your history, copy this folder:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Spark\user\username@servername\transcripts
And copy it back after you start with a fresh profile.
