Spark contact window missing several machines

We are running spark on Windows 7, Vista, Server2008 (RDP) and we have noticed a problem on a few clients. We setup spark to auto-start in the tray on all machines and on some machines the icon doesn’t show up in the tray and the contact list doesn’t work though we can still message that person and they get the message window they cannot initiate messages with anyone because they dont have a contact list.

We re using the SubstanceBusinessBlackSteel theme

Any thoughts on what might be happening here?

More information:

The Process for Spark is running in the task manager, in order to get the contact list to appear we have to kill the process and restart the application.

Please do use the JTattoo Luna skin. Substance has massive problems and the developer have only capacity to work on JTattoo skins. Sorry.
