Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix it ?

this “org.jdesktop.jdic.tray.internal.impl.DisplayThread.initTray()” problem did usually hit the AMD 64 users. So I start to wonder whether this is really an AMD or a speed/sync problem with new or dual-core processors.

First thing just to keep you busy: Try it with JRE 1.5.0_09 - But if you read the changelog you’'ll realize that it will likely not help you ):

Vote for SPARK-373, so you may be able to run Spark without using the TNA.
