We have Spark 2.5.5 installed and one of our employees has encountered and issue where, people can send her a message and she will receive it and be able to reply, however, upon starting the computer (PC) the dialog box that shows her who is and who is not online does not appear and will not appear. We tried doing an uninstall and reinstall but it do not work. We can right click and see properties, but can not get to preferences. She is using this on Windows XP; anybody have any thoughts?
