We have OpenFire server 3.8.1 Alpha installed. Clients are using Spark 2.6.3. OpenFire server is configured to communicate with AD over LDAP.
When I login to Spark the contact list is blank. I have “Show offline users” checked off under Contacts. My list will stay blank until someone else logs into Spark. Once someone else logs into Spark my contact list will show all the offline AD users (this is desired). When that new user logs out (leaving me the only one logged in), my contact list will be blank again - no longer showing offline users.
Attached is a screenshot of the symptoms I have described.
