We’re having problems with Spark 2.5.8, when we log out of Windows XP (SP3), Spark doesn’t quit and the log off process is halted. After a while you get the option to “force quit” the application and the log off process continues.
Is there a way to fix this?

Having this same issue with Spark 2.6.3.
Is there anything in the works to get this working besides the downgrade of Java? Solely because of this issue I will not deploy this software. I can’t see introducing a new piece of software to all my users when that software won’t allow people to log off cleanly. No only is it a pain in the butt it is also a security risk. I see this problem has been since at least Sept. 13. Are there any plans to fix it?
Message was edited by: Rob Use the Spark…3.exe file for installation instead of the Spark…3 online.exe file and it works on every workstation I’ve installed it on. Glad I was able to find this fix.
