I am using Spark at home on Ubuntu Gentoo Linux, but here the Customer Chat (fastpath) plugin does not start. At work we use XP and Vista, here the customer chat just starts automatically.
Is this a know issue? Workaround?
I have tested both 2.0.5, 2.0.8 and the beta 4 of 2.5.0. Same issue with them all.
