SPARK FREEZE after logging in

Hi! I would like to know why spark freeze for about 5 minutes after i login on openfire server. I tried version 2.0.8 and 2.5.3 but the problem was the same. When i login on openfire with spark, the roster appear to me immediately with all user registered, but it takes about 5 minutes to give me again control over client and let me write down messages to users. Can you give me sono advice on how to solve this?

Have you tried running Spark using the startup.bat/sh ?

When running like that you’‘ll see all the informational messages when Spark starts. Hopefully it’‘ll give you a chance to see what’'s happening during that time period.

Mine seems to take a while to initialise sound, but no where near 5 mins.
