Spark gets disconnect automatically on one employees PC after an hour

Hi,

I installed Openfire and Spark as a Client.Using it from last two months.It works perfectly great. All the employees like it accept one.Whenever the person goes out for an hour spark automatically gets logged out.Almost other 50 employees are using it but no one is having this issue.I have to again uninstall and then install.In last two months its happening twice. Please let me know about this issue.
