Hello community

I have two customers with spark when one tries to communicate with another spark is blocked completely and when done so otherwise. But it happens only between those two customers, because with the rest works fine. If you log in with another account in the same pc also works well …

Try deleting the profile for one of them or both. Chat history will be lost if you do.
