Is there Spark Mobile version? Could be for Windows Mobile or other operating system.

No AFAIK ther is no mobile version of Spark.

Spark makes a bit too much use of Swing to be easily ported to J2ME, but Smack runs in J2ME (its even on Android!) so someone could write such a thing. But right now, nothing from the Ignite project will.
