Please help…
Why is it our spark have different naming with “@innogroup.com.ph”, but when I check with other users’ computer have no problem. Only one user have problem like the image below.
Check this user’s Roster in the Admin Console of Openfire and try deleting this entry (it should have a red X button besides it). This can happen if a user tries to rename/add users on its own. Openfire is saving his changes as a local roster, which is taking place of what shared roster sends.
