we are using openfire spark chat . no we cant access spark from public. internally we can get the access. past 5 days we cant access from out side (means from public)
usually when we access from out side we will type user id, password and our public ip at that time we cam access from public. now we enter the public ip but not getting.

Do not mark something as Correct Answer, when it is not. You just marked your questions as answered, so nobody will look into this topic. Also, don’t add names of users without a real need.
If it was working fine 5 days ago, check what have you or your admins changed 5 days ago. Maybe some rule in your firewall/router was added/changed, you updated something, etc.
