So, we’ve got OpenFire 3.5.2 running with Spark 2.5.8.
Yesterday, we saw an issue where the spark client stopped being aware of the gateway service. The Spark client doesn’t display the gateway Icons, nor does the external gateway presence info display in Spark.
We’ve tried to restart the box, and we’ve deleted/reinstalled the plugin. Nothing seems to change it.
What about reinstalling Spark or just wiping out its profile in C:\Documents and Settings\User\Spark

Gateway is working for other users? What if you try to login with other username with the same Spark? Or maybe you can try deleting this user’s registration on Gateway in Admin Console.
Also. Maybe something in error logs (both Spark and Openfire)
I’m going to ask someone with access to the logs to respond with any errors we’re seeing.
