We have one user that has never been able to use spark. We have Spark loaded on all systems in our office and have used it for over a year. Love the software! The issues that this one user has is that the chat history is blank. Can’t see what you sent and can’t read what others have sent you. You also can’t select a contact twice. After closing out the chat history box if you try and chat with them again, it will not bring the box back up. We have upgraded to the most recent version of Spark and Java on her computer. I have done the same on my computer and it still works great. I have also deleted her user and built a new one on the OpenFire server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You can try deleting her profile and starting with a fresh one (history will be lost).
