Spark Saves username & Password on all Clients?

We have deployed Ignite & Spark over our School network for Staff to use to try and cut down on E-Mails. We are very happy with it so far. Just one error that I can’t seem to iron out.

If a new user logs on to there laptop with there username & password and tick save password. When someone else logs on another machine they get the saved username & password of the other user??? Is there anyway of sorting this?

Looked on the server but cannot seem to see anything.

Cheers

It’s stored in spark.properties in the spark folder, which depending on the version of spark being ran is in two different locations – it’s encoded and stored in there – only place that it’s stored, isn’t stored server side.

additionally the username and password should not be carried over between windows accounts as the info is in their windows user profile which should be secured from other users.
