Spark stalling when joining conference

I am having an issue with the spark client. I have a user who whenever he tries to join a conference, Spark stalls on him. He has to go into the task manager and stop the program. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

Please let me know if any further information is needed.

Please could you provide us with your OS version, Java runtime version and Spark logs. (They are into your spark installation folder into folder logs)
