So I recently tried to install openfire and deploy it within my workspace. I have setup our corp office with test clients as the front desk receptionist can then im all users with calls and office visits.
Here is the issue:
She often will send a message or a message is sent to her and she will not receive it. Often she will receive every other message sent and vice versa. I then tried the test with other users and this seems to be happening across the board. I looked at the Openfire server and found that the messages do not get recorded in the logs so I assume it was then never relayed on.
Can anyone help me out on this?
Clients are using Vista32 w/ Spark 2.5.8
