Sparkweb error "Not authorized, please try again"

I did a new install of Openfire. Spark is working great internally. Now I want to use Sparkweb to communicate for our offsite office.

I am able to get the Sparkweb page with the correct server name, but when I login, I get the error “Not authorized, please try again”.

The following are the settings in Sparkweb:

Any thoughts?

on an update to this, I tried to access Sparkweb from internally and was able to connect. I am only getting the Not authorized error when trying to access from another location.
