Sparkweb fails with "Your connection to the server has been closed"

Sometimes when a user tried to connect to the SparkWeb 1.0.0.beta2 interface, the user gets the message;

“Your connection to the server has been closed”

Immediately after seeing “Login Successful” - the Roster pops up very quickly but then disappears.

Is something wrong?
