Hi everyone… I’m still working on trying to get this problem resolved. Can anyone provide additional support?
We’ve moved sparkweb to a page on our company website… but users can only connect when on the network. Our HTTP port is open and I’ve followed all the direction given thus far.
Any other ideas?
