I was just following the steps to request CSR, have it signed and installed. Looks like everything is installed in the keystore. (http://download.igniterealtime.org/openfire/docs/latest/documentation/ssl-guide.html)
Using openfire version: Openfire 4.2.3, in centOS.
When trying to go to the https with port 9091, for example, I get error:
Your connection is not private.
Any explanations of this error are quite useless.
I have created a certificate for subdomain: server.somedomain.com (well, different domain).
And that is the url I’m requesting the openfire page. So what is the problem here? This is crazy. I’ve requested these elsewhere and it was super easy.
