I am using openfire in my company. About 20 employees, everything is working fine. great software.
I use default contacts for everyone, couple of conference rooms, etc, but there is something i need that i wasnt able to accomplish yet.
I need to have a sticky conference room running on the background, behaving like MSN Groups, and when someone sends a messege “to the group” everyone gets a notification. Its pretty much like a conference room but with notifications even if you are not in the room. Or maybe i could force the members to always “be in the room”, with the room window running on the background.
Is this possible?
