I have a user who is able to login, but when they try to add a contact through spark or pandion they get disconnected from the openfire server. This also happens when the user tries to join a confernece room in either client. The person has logged in on several desktops with the same issues.
I looked at the sessions list when the user logs in and I’ve noticed that the server assigns them priority of zero while all the other users get a priority of 8 and 4 normally. I’m seeing some presence errors in the error log but nothing relating to the disconnects.
Any ideas?
