I just installed Asterisk IM.
I had some difficulty getting it to work…
The error was “Could not create application Instance” in the log file.
Changing the config items for asterisk-im and hitting save would bring back an empty screen.
I started looking in the MYSQL DB to see if I could find the settings.
I noticed that they would not change via the interface.
I ended up editing the MYSQL database by hand and restarting, and getting it to work.
Just so you know.
Am using the rpm (With java) for wildfire and current spark as of the date of this Email.
