Terrible Chat history stays in the Chat windows

Hi

We´re using Wildfire with spark for better communication in our team.

But theres one problem.

The history of previous Chats stays in the Chat windows.

Also after Rebooting the Client Pcs.

And some parts of these histories arn´t readable because they look like

hieroglyphs. Can somebody tell me what this is and how I can relieve this…

Hi Uhu,

which Spark version are you using? 2.0.7 may have problems with the history but these should be fixed in the current version.

The history should work fine and if you want to disable it you can do this in the Spark settings, Chat -> “[x] Den Chatverlauf nicht speichern”.
