Testing number of connections

Hello everybody,

I happen to have a Sun Fire T2000 (a.k.a. Niagara) machine at my disposal and I wanted to test Wildfire to see how many concurrent users can it serve (preferably while authenticating against LDAP Directory Server). My question is, are there some available for that purpose?

Hello you can use any XMPP test client tool.

Personally I use tsung and with it you can test the number of connections by configuring the number of clients you want to connect. However you will probably need several clients machines depending on the target number of connections you want to reach .
