Text Messages not being received by some Spark users

We are using Wildfire, Version: 3.2.3 and the latest release of the Spark IM client (not the beta version), two of my users are having some messages dropped , either being sent directly to them or from a selected user broadcast. the wild fire server has the users populated from AD and the users login with their username and password from the AD domain.

Has any one experienced this problem before and what was the resolution?

I have now installed Gaim and the users that were not receiving messages from a broadcast can receive them , is it a problem with spark ?

there is a problem with Spark, see SPARK-570 - I wonder if this is also the case for you.
