Thai conversion logs

Hello there,

I have installed openfire with using MYSQL for the database and install the Monitoring service plugin.

But it the Archiving tab, I have ??? showing instead my Thai font.

[5:09 PM] A : ???

[5:09 PM] B : ???

Please help.
