The problem with video. OF 4.1.0 / OFmeet 0.39 / LDAP/AD

I am using OF along with LDAP/AD.

Running OFMeet but can’t get video or sound from members.

User ‘focus’ is created in AD, his status ‘connected’. In group chat all members are visible.

There are errors In OF logs. In browser console there is an error too.

From where should I start searching for resolving an issue?

I have had this problem with a couple of clients. I found that chrome was using secondary video and audio drivers. You should see a little camera icon on the far right of the address bar in chrome, (while in a meeting) Click on that and verify the camera and audio devices are the correct choices.
