The program file won't open

This problem occurs periodically.

While using Spark, if the main window (the window that appears right after logging in) is closed, it won’t open again.

We’ve tried opening it through the actual program file and many different shortcut icons, and it still won’t open, unless you restart the computer.

Please let us know what we can do to fix this problem.
