I know this is an old issue, but is there any way with the recent updates at all to have the message “There are no online contacts in this group” not show when using nested groups, without dropping a user into the group? I have several groups where I use a main company department as the main group, then the nested groups/departments are within it. To me, it isn’t that big of a deal, but end users may question it. Any help is greatly appreciated. This is how it looks.
