All the users are 1 hour behind time in the time stamp. How can I fix this since the users are getting annoyed with me over this…
IE the time is 4 pm but my message and others show 3 pm

What installer are you using. You should not be seeing this problem running the offline installer, since it comes with the latest underlying JRE which fixes the time issue.
