Todd, you should try to delete user’s Temp folder too, when doing clean reinstall. Because Spark is holding some kind of cache there and once i’ve had an issue, when i was deleting user’s password from config file and he was still able to login after relaunching Spark. Wonder if that was ever fixed.

Thank you for posting this chat transcript. However, can you please edit it to remove my Gmail e-mail address, which shows up as my JID twice in it? I just did a Google search for my address and this transcript was the only result. I’m trying to get as little spam as possible.
