Too Many Archive Logs

I currently have archiving enabled and am able to download logs. The trouble I’m having is when being requested to download logs, some users can have hundreds of PDF logs per date range. Is there any option to have logs not broken up?

Scenario, one person chats with more than 5 people per day. They message user1 and a log is created. the moment they message user2, a new log is created. if they then go back and message user1, any other user or someone else messages them, a new log is created.

I’m assuming you’re using the Monitoring plugin for this. The scenario that you’re describing sounds like a good feature, but isn’t currently supported. It would need to be added.
