I remember some time ago this table was showing actual score of points when being in a particular forum and only showing overall score while being in the main Forums page. I think showing particular score in every forum could be useful for people. They can see who are the experts in one part of forum. What do you think?
Hi Oleg,
do you really believe that one of the devs is reading this forum^^ There were no updates the last weeks.
I think that I did already complain in a chat about this problem, the current Top Score is really useless.
LG
But when they finally notice this problem i will say “hey! i have posted about this long long time ago!”
I can note it only to myself and remind time to time (say in chat). But i prefer to make notes here in forum
Hey wroot,
We (the ‘‘devs’’) are always reading the forums and taking note of user’'s suggestions. We thank you for taking the time to provide feedback that will better the product. Hopefully you, and the rest of the community, feel that we have taken your feedback into account with each update of the site and are confident that future updates will continue to enhance your community.
Hi Niko,
Glad to know that the devs always read the forums. But not everybody is aware of this. In fact, not everybody will read this thread to be aware of your statement. Wouldn’'t it be more practical to have some kind of indication, perhaps and icon on each message that will give the indication that it has been read, noted or acknowledged by the devs?
The devs don’‘t have to answer immediately though. At least if it’‘s not being answered for a long time, the person who posts the message will think like "Well, maybe they’‘re working on something that could eventually solve the problem", instead of like "Where are the key people in this project? Why aren’'t they paying attention to my problem? Is this project still alive and are they serious about it?"
Anyway, I think many such calls could be answered if this forum has the features provided in the latest Jive Gold Forum. I just wonder why it doesn’'t. Ironically, this forum was born here, and so it should have been the first to be installed with latest version.
Hi Nick,
with FastPath you did introduce “Canned Responses” for Spark so one could just use a drop down box to reply with something like “Dear friend of mine, I just created an issue so we get this fixed for the next release. Have phun, Nick.”
I assume that you don’'t have this feature within the forum so feel free to create an issue and add it (:
So one may answer also the other open Jive Lounge threads using drop-click™.
