I’m studying a way to move to openfire+fastpath to live support. But there is some important restrictions that I need to solve first.
Today we use a software called livezilla for livesupport, they have:
1- tracking users;
2- custom codes to easy identify users;
3- hide departments for paid users;
the most important from these are 1 and 3. Is it possible to have this features working on openfire+fastpath?
Anyone know if exist some plugins for that?
