Transcripts in Fastpath cut off

When users request a transcript of their chat session with our help desk only about 7-8 lines of the transcript show up in the email. None of the errors or warnings in my logs appear related. Has anyone else experienced this? The problem occurs in OpenFire 3.5.2 with Fastpath 1.0 as well as in OpenFire 6.0 with FastPath 4.1.

Well I fixed this by completely removing the FastPath add-ons and recreating my queue. On a related note is FastPath in active development at all? Should I be looking for another solution? We have encountered some bugs, which while not major, are a little annoying and I’m just wondering if the plug-in will eventually die off.
