have you installed the search.plugin in openfire?

Please post detailed bug reports:

  • What were you trying to do?

  • What were you expecting?

  • What OS do you run on?

  • What Java version?

In the search bar at the bottom of the list of contacts, drive a name or partial name andpress Enter.

Java I did not set his hands, is one that bundled with openfire.

All of a sudden, this also stopped working for us. I have the same setup and am using spark 2.6.3 and 2.5.8. I reinstalled the search plugin. didnt help. any ideas?

disabling and reenabling the search service in openfire fixed my issue.
