Unfortunately, I don’‘t have any more useful advice. This is a problem with the SQL Server JDBC drivers, which I’'m just not very familiar with.

Except JDK1.5,should install the others components about Java to run Jive Messenger?

At Microsoft SQL server 2000 JDBC Driver’‘s homepage,say the Driver supports the JDK’'s version that above 1.3,

Jive Messenger requires JDK 1.5,is this a question?

try using jtds. I have a post regarding this somewhere on the forum.
