Unable to move users from existing group to another

I’m running Spark 2.83 Build 960 on Windows 10 PCs.
Smack Version: 4.1.9
JRE Version 1.8.0_121

I’m unable to move users from existing group to another. I can right click on the user and choose move and a different group but nothing happens.

Is there a way to simply delete a user from a group without moving them to another group?

If groups are set on a server, you can’t move them.
